Biography
In 1992 he graduated from the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of Moscow State University .
Since 1993 he worked in the private sociological company ZIRCON. From 1995 to 1999 he was engaged in marketing and business analytics in the stock market at NIKoil . He worked as a strategic development adviser to OJSC Panorama Registrar Company.
