Pool History
The idea of creating a pool belongs to Fernando Fishmann ; his company Crystal Lagoons built and opened the pool in December 2006. According to early estimates, it was estimated that building a filter system alone would cost Fishmann $ 3.5 million. [4] [5] Later, the total amount of the entire basin was estimated between 1.5 and 2 billion dollars, and the amount of annual support for the maintenance of the facility - more than 4 million [6] [7] [3] .
