Member of the Presidium of the Union of Economists of Ukraine (since 2001). Honored Worker of Education of Ukraine (2007). High school student of Ukraine (2001). Full member of the Academy of Economic Sciences of Ukraine (1995), full member of the Academy of Economic Cybernetics of Ukraine (1998). Member of the National Association of Accountants of France (1996).

Biography
In 1958 he graduated from the accounting school in the city of Nizhyn , in 1965 - the Kiev Institute of National Economy (KINH).
He worked as deputy chief accountant, chief accountant of the collective farm (1958-1961). In 1965-1968 - a teacher at the Kiev Institute of National Economy. In 1971 he graduated from graduate school at KINH. In 1972-1980 - teacher, deputy dean, dean of the Faculty of Economics of the Ternopil Financial and Economic Institute .
In 1980-1983 - Associate Professor of the Kryvyi Rih Branch of the Kiev Institute of National Economy named after D. S. Korotchenko. Since 1983 - Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Economics, and since 1984 - Head of the Department of Accounting and Auditing, in 1996-2005 - Dean of the Department of Economics of Kherson National Technical University . In 1993-1994 he completed an internship at the University of Newcastle ( UK ).
The author of more than 215 scientific and scientific-methodological developments, including 12 textbooks, manuals, monographs. Member of the editorial board of the journal "Accounting Region and Audit".
