Gordon Carroll ( Eng. Gordon Carroll ; Feb. 2, 1928 - May 20, 2005) - American film producer. He is known for his work on the films “ Alien ” (1979), “ Aliens ” (1986) and “ Alien 3 ” (1992). He is also the co-founder of Brandywine Productions with David Guiller and Walter Hill , the company most associated with the Alien series.

Early life and career
Gordon grew up in New York , where his father’s love for literature influenced him. He was educated at Princeton University . He began his film career in 1965 as the executive producer of the film How to Kill Your Wife. He then began producing such films as Cold-blooded Manhole (1967), Blue Thunder (1983) and Red Heat (1988).
