Arkady Vlasovich Gusakov (born August 14, 1918, the village of Uzhlyatino, Shumilinsky district ) - Belarusian economic and state leader, chairman of the collective farm named after Dzerzhinsky Slutsk district of Minsk region, Belorussian SSR. Hero of Socialist Labor . Member of the partisan movement in Belarus in World War II [1] .

Biography
In 1941-1944, the commander of a partisan detachment . Member of the CPSU (b) since 1943. In the years 1944-1959 in the Soviet organs in Shumilinsky, Lyubansky, Klichevsky, Slutsk areas. In 1959-1967, the chairman of the collective farm named after Dzerzhinsky Slutsk district of Minsk region . Since 1967, in the system of the Ministry of Trade of the BSSR [1] .
By the decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of April 30, 1966, for success in increasing the production and harvesting of flax, he was awarded the title Hero of Socialist Labor with the award of the Order of Lenin and the Sickle and Hammer gold medal [1] .
Deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the BSSR of the sixth convocation, member of the Revision Commission of the CPB in 1966-1971 [1] . Died 7/09/1999.
