Karmanovsky village council is an abolished administrative and territorial unit that existed on the territory of the Moscow region until 1954.

Karmanovsky s / s was created in 1929 by transforming the Tarsha s / s into the Volokolamsk district of the Moscow district of the Moscow region.

On January 4, 1939, Karmanovsky s / s was transferred to the new Ostashevsky District .

On April 4, 1939, the village of Sipunovo Karmanovsky with / s was renamed Ruza .

December 28, 1951 Karmanovsky s / s was abolished. Moreover, his territory was transferred to Terekhovsky s / s [1] .
