Heckler & Koch HK43 is a 5.56 × 45 mm NATO self - loading rifle manufactured by the German company Heckler & Koch . It was developed based on the HK33 assault rifle . Served as the basis for the creation of the self-loading rifle Heckler & Koch HK93. Design
Structurally identical to the HK 33 automatic rifle. The principle of operation is based on the automation with a half-free shutter and a scheme with roller locking of the barrel channel, inherited from the HK G3 army assault rifle . Equipped with a built-in arrester .
