History
The area was created in 1980, but the territory itself has a very ancient history. The name "thicket of towers" dates back to the time of the Zhao kingdom - it was here that Zhao Van arranged shows for his troops, and there were many tall tower-like towers. In 1750, Emperor Aixingoro Hongli stayed here on his way to southern China, writing poetry about Tsuntai. In 1961, Tuntai was described by Guo Mojo .
Handan County was disbanded on September 30, 2016, and a significant part of the territory of the disbanded county was annexed to the district.
Administrative Division
Tsuntai District is divided into 10 street committees , 3 villages and 6 volosts .
