Location

The village of Kruglovo is located in the southwestern part of the Orekhovo-Zuevsky district, about 39 km south of the city of Orekhovo-Zuevo . Altitude 140 m [3] .

Title

The name is associated with the non-calendar personal name Round [4] .

History

In 1926, the village was part of the Starovsky village council of the Ilyinsky volost of the Yegoryevsky district of Moscow province , there was a school of the 1st level [5] .

Until 2006, Kruglovo was part of the Ilyinsky rural district of the Orekhovo-Zuevsky district [6] .

Population

In 1926, 337 people lived in the village (139 men, 198 women), there were 81 households, of which 80 were peasant [5] . According to the 2002 census , 13 people (6 men, 7 women) [7] .
