Biography

Born July 13, 1915 in the village of Bitushe (now Macedonia) in a poor merchant family. He graduated from elementary school and agricultural school in the cities of Tetovo and Valevo. Due to the poor financial situation, he was enrolled in a military school, from where he graduated as an officer. He served on the Bulgarian border and there in 1941 he met the war. During a small clash with the Bulgarian troops, Tikhomir was wounded and sent to Skopje, thereby avoiding capture.

In occupied Skopje, Tikhomir joined the anti-fascist movement. He was arrested by police on charges of having links with partisans and subjected to interrogation and torture. He was soon released, but then again arrested and sent to Bulgaria, from where Milosevsky fled in January 1942. In June 1943 he was admitted to the Communist Party of Yugoslavia.

In Skopje, the newly elected communist Miloshevsky was appointed commander of the city military headquarters. In March, he arrived in the partisan detachment on the Black Mountain, where he stayed for a while, and then, at the request of Skopje, returned to the city, where he remained until June. Since June 1943, Miloshevsky has been a soldier of the partisan detachment named after Dobri Daskalov. Participated in battles in Duditsa, Mikhailov and in other places.

In 1944, during the February campaign , partisan battalions were reassigned to Milosevsky by decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Macedonia. From January to mid-February, these battalions crossed a long way from Karadzhov to Kozyak and joined the Orce Nikolov battalion. On February 26, 1944 , the 3rd Macedonian brigade was formed, of which Tikhomir became the commander in battles against the Bulgarians and the Chetniks. He participated in the battles for Ristovets, Probishtip, Besnu-Kobilu, Petrova Gora and other places.

On the night of April 24-25 , 1944 , the 3rd Macedonian brigade, under the command of Milosevsky, took the city of Kratovo , knocking out a powerful Bulgarian garrison and capturing 120 people prisoners. This led to a massive counterattack of the Bulgarian-German forces, which against 60 partisan brigades put up from 60 to 70 thousand bayonets. Until the middle of June 1944, the Bulgarian and Macedonian partisans (including Milosevsky’s troops) repelled enemy attacks. In July 1944, he headed the 2nd operational zone, and from August 25, 1944 he became commander of the 41st division of the Macedonian partisans (the first in chronological order). Since October, he commanded the 15th Macedonian corps and fought in the west of Macedonia.

At the very end of the war, Tikhomir was wounded near Dugo-Sel (already in the rank of commander of the 48th division). After the breakthrough of the Sremsky front, he was awarded the title of Honorary Citizen of Vinkovtsy for his great help in liberating the Macedonian lands.

After the war, he was the leader in many administrative posts (he graduated from the Military Academy named after M.V. Frunze), retired in 1962 with the rank of major general. He was elected to the Presidium of the Anti-Fascist Assembly for the National Liberation of Macedonia and the Council of the Socialist Republic of Macedonia.

Died April 1, 1984 in Skopje. Cavalier of many awards (including November 27, 1953 received the title of People's Hero of Yugoslavia).
