Biography
Born in the family of a Georgian middle peasant. In the CPSU (b) since December 1926 (member of the Komsomol in 1920-1927). He participated in the work of illegal Komsomol organizations in 1920-1921. An informant of the Central Committee of the Komsomol of Georgia from February 1922 to February 1923. Secretary of the organizational department of the Tiflis City Committee of the Young Communist League of Georgia from February 1923 to January 1924. Also secretary of the Komsomol cell of Georgia at the tobacco factory named after V. I. Lenin in Tiflis until 1923. Again an informant of the Central Committee of the Komsomol of Georgia with January to June 1924.
In 1922-1924 at the Komsomol work in Georgia. In 1924–1930 in the Politburo of the Cheka of the Borchalinsky and Chiatur counties, in the Samtred and Borjomi regional departments of the GPU of the Georgian SSR . In 1930–1932 he was the head of the Senak regional department of the GPU of the Georgian SSR. In 1932–1936, in the GPU under the SNK of the ZSFSR , the head of the Special Department of the Plenipotentiary Representation of the OGPU for the ZSFSR and the GPU at the SNK of the Georgian SSR, the UGB of the NKVD Directorate for the ZSFSR. In 1936, assistant to the head of the Counterintelligence Division of the State Security Directorate of the NKVD Directorate for the Georgian SSR. In 1936–1937, head of the 9th department of the State Security Directorate of the NKVD Directorate for the Georgian SSR. In 1937, deputy head of the 5th department of the State Security Directorate of the NKVD Directorate for the Georgian SSR, deputy head of the Special Department of the GUGB of the NKVD of the Transcaucasian Military District. In 1937-1938, head of the Road Transport Department of the NKVD of the Transcaucasian Railway . He was elected a member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Georgia and a deputy of the Supreme Council of the Georgian SSR in 1938. In 1938–1939 he was deputy commissar of internal affairs of the Georgian SSR. In 1939–1941, the People’s Commissar of Internal Affairs of the North Ossetian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic [1] , then the People’s Commissar of State Security of the North Ossetian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, and then in 1941–1942 again the People’s Commissar of Internal Affairs of the North Ossetian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic.
He died at the entrance to the village of Gisel, when a link from the German fascist Junkers bombers , caused by radio reconnaissance, began bombing . He was buried in a cemetery in Tbilisi with all military honors .
Education
He graduated from the higher primary school of the village of Akhuty in 1919. In 1927 he graduated from the 1st year of Tiflis State University . From 1934 to 1935 he studied at the Institute of the Red Professors of Soviet construction and law. From January to November 1936, a cadet of the Central School of the NKVD of the USSR .
