The Efremov Village Council is the abolished administrative-territorial unit that existed on the territory of the Moscow province and the Moscow region until 1954.

The Efremov Village Council arose in the early years of Soviet power. As of 1921, he entered the Buigorod volost of the Volokolamsk district of Moscow province.
In 1925, Maleevsky s / s stood out from the Efremovsky s / s, and in 1927 Strokovsky s / s [1] .
According to 1926, the village council included 2 settlements - Efremovo, Maleevka and Strokovo , as well as 1 farm [2] .
In 1929, the Efremovsky s / s was assigned to the Volokolamsk district of the Moscow district of the Moscow region. At the same time, Bykovsky and Strokovsky s / s were attached to the Efremovsky s / s.
On July 17, 1939, the villages of Verigino of the abolished Veriginsky s / s and the Kalistovo of the abolished Kalistovsky s / s went to the Efremovsky s / s .
On January 4, 1952, the villages of Avdotino and Golubtsovo of Chenetsky s / s went to the Efremovsky s / s .
June 14, 1954 Efremovsky s / s was abolished: together with Sitnikovsky s / s it was merged into Strokovsky s / s [3] .
