Tom Rath's first book, The Power of Optimism. Why do positive people live longer? ( How Full Is Your Bucket? ), Co-written by Grandfather Rath, Donald O. Clifton, became the New York Times No. 1 bestseller after being published in 2004 year [8] .
The book Strengths Based Leadership (2009) is a bestseller according to the Wall Street Journal [9] . It was co-written with Barry Conchie and is based on research from the Gallup Institute for Leadership [10] .
The book Five Elements of Well-Being (2010), co-authored with Jim Harter , is based on research by the Gallup Institute for Welfare [11] [12] .
