Biography
Born in 1874 in the Old Believers' family of Ivan Mukhin and Epifanova Eropiada Nikolaevna. The family had 5 sons - Anatoly, Ivan, Nikolai, Alexey, Andrey, and one daughter - Larisa.
He graduated from the course of science at the Academy of Fine Arts in historical painting, received a diploma.
He worked at the Moscow Art School of Painting (student of the great Valentin Serov ), sculpture and architecture, was an excellent draftsman, an experienced and skillful composer and colorist. Then he was invited to work in Rostov-on-Don (Nakhichevan-on-Don). [one]
He was among the founders and a member of the Rostov-Nakhichevan-on-Don Society of Fine Arts (1907–1918). [2]
He died in 1924 .
Creativity
He prepared talented students, one of whom was the famous Keller artist in Rostov , Peter Stepanovich . [one]
