Biography
Born in the family of a middle peasant.
Member of the RCP (b) since 1918. In 1919 he graduated from the one-year naval school of solvaners (electricians) in Kronstadt, in 1931 - courses of Marxism-Leninism at the Central Committee of the CPSU (b) in Moscow.
- 1914-1916 - a sailor, a student of the school of galvaneurs in Kronstadt,
- 1916-1918 - Galvaner battleship "Gangut" of the Baltic Fleet,
- 1918-1920 - Deputy Chairman, member of the acceptance committee of the naval port in Nizhny Novgorod,
- February-August 1920 - secretary, deputy chief, member of special assignments of the Volga basin political commissar (Nizhny Novgorod),
- 1920-1921 - Member of special orders of the warehouse of the emergency authorized Council of the Workers and Peasants' Defense for supplying the Red Army and Navy (Nizhny Novgorod),

Member of the Supreme Council of the USSR 1 convocation [1]
. In August 1938 he was expelled from the CPSU (b) as "the enemy of the people." June 3, 1938 - arrested at the National Hotel (Moscow). On July 29, 1938, the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR sentenced him to capital punishment for participating in a counter-revolutionary terrorist organization, and the sentence was executed on the same day [2] .
On May 9, 1956, the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR rehabilitated in court.
