Coaching career
Julio's coaching career began in 2008 with the Polideportivo club. In the 2009/10 season, Velazquez led the youth team of the Real Valladolid Club. Velasquez spent the 2010/11 season again with the Polideportivo football club.
In 2011, Julio Velazquez led the subsidiary clubs of Villarreal - Villarreal C and Villarreal B.
June 13, 2012 became a coach of Villarreal .
July 10, 2013 signed a contract with Murcia .
On December 16, 2015, he headed the Lisbon Belenenses [1] .
In 2016, he headed the Spanish Alcorcon , in which he worked for two years.
On June 7, 2018, he was appointed head coach of the Italian club Udinese [2] . The contract is signed for 3 years [3] .
