Biography

Born in a working class family. Member of the RCP (b) since 1925. In 1935 he graduated from the Gorky Industrial Institute.

  • 1919-1924 worked as a laborer at the Krasnoye Sormovo plant, while at the same time he studied at the second-level school,
  • 1924-1927 - at the Komsomol work: head. the cult feed of the Sormovsky district committee, the secretary of the Lukoyanovsky committee of the Komsomol of the Nizhny Novgorod province,
  • 1927-1929 - in the Red Army in the Baltic Fleet,
  • 1929-1930 - turner,
  • 1935-1938 - mechanic of the Krasnoe Sormovo plant,
  • 1938-1939 - Head of the Gorky Regional Department of Local Industry,
  • 1939-1940 - First Deputy Chairman
  • 1940-1943 - Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Gorky Regional Council
  • 1943-1946? years - People's Commissar of the building materials industry of the RSFSR.

Member of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of the 1st convocation (by-election - 1941), Supreme Council of the RSFSR.
