Biography
Born in a working class family. Member of the RCP (b) since 1925. In 1935 he graduated from the Gorky Industrial Institute.
- 1919-1924 worked as a laborer at the Krasnoye Sormovo plant, while at the same time he studied at the second-level school,
- 1924-1927 - at the Komsomol work: head. the cult feed of the Sormovsky district committee, the secretary of the Lukoyanovsky committee of the Komsomol of the Nizhny Novgorod province,
- 1927-1929 - in the Red Army in the Baltic Fleet,
- 1929-1930 - turner,
- 1935-1938 - mechanic of the Krasnoe Sormovo plant,
- 1938-1939 - Head of the Gorky Regional Department of Local Industry,
- 1939-1940 - First Deputy Chairman
- 1940-1943 - Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Gorky Regional Council
- 1943-1946? years - People's Commissar of the building materials industry of the RSFSR.
