Longhua ( Chinese р 化 п , pinyin : Lónghuà ) is a county in Chengde City District, Hebei Province ( PRC ). The county is named after the Xinlunshan Mountain Range.

History
The county was established in 1910.
After the Xinhai Revolution , the Jaehe Special Administrative Region (热河 特别 区) was formed in 1914, and the county became part of it. In 1928, Jaehe Special Administrative Region was transformed into Jaehe Province
In 1933, the territory was captured by the Japanese and transferred to the puppet state of Manzhou-go .
In 1955, Jaehe Province was disbanded, and the county became part of the Special Chengde (承德 专区) District of Hebei Province (later renamed Chengde County). In July 1993, Chengde County and Chengde City were merged into Chengde Urban District.
