Luanping ( Chinese р 平 п , pinyin : Luánpíng , literally: "calm on the Luanhe River") is a county in Chengde urban district, Hebei Province ( PRC ).

History
During the Qing Empire, the Calahatun Commissariat (喀喇 河 屯 厅) was formed in 1742. In 1778, it was transformed into Luanping County.
