CSI: Cyberspace

CSI: Cyber Space ( CSI: Cyber ) is an American television series, which is the next spin-off of the series CSI: Crime Scene . The series was released on CBS in the season 2014-2015 . The main role of special agent Avery Ryan , who heads the cybercrime department in Washington, DC , is played by Patricia Arquette [1] [2] .

CBS announced the development of the next spin-off on February 18, 2014, and on April 30 a pilot episode built into the fourteenth season of the main series was released. May 9, 2014, CBS ordered the shooting of the first season of the series for broadcast in the television season 2014-15 [3] . It was later announced that the series will start on March 4, 2015 [4] .

Despite the presence of an Oscar winner, Patricia Arquette, the series received negative reviews from critics for its unoriginality and stereotyped [5] .

On May 11, 2015, the channel extended the series for the second season [6] . In connection with the closure of CSI: The Crime Scene, Ted Denson joined the series, while Peter McNichol was fired after one season.
