Career

He began his musical career with participation in one of the local cover groups . In the fall of 1979, Parker met with the famous producer Patrick Cowley [2] , with whom in 1982 he recorded the single “ Right on Target ”, performed in the style of Hi-NRG . The song won first place on the Billboard Dance / Disco Top 80 chart [3] [4] [5] , and in 1983 entered the musician’s first album Too Much to Dream. The second single from the album, “Shot in the Night”, became the 15th in the same charts [6] .

In 1987, Parker's song " One Look (One Look Was Enough) " once again entered the first line of the dance chart "Billboard" [7] [8] . All other works of the performer did not have much success with the audience.
