Matthew Darren Evans (also known as Matt Ryan ( born Matt Ryan , born April 11, 1981 , Swansea ) is a Welsh actor. Best known for her role as John Constantine in the American television series Constantine .

Early life

Matt was born in Swansea in Wales with Steve Evans, a former postman who became a music producer, and Maria Evans, a dance teacher. He attended elementary school in Penyrheol Primary School and Comprehensive School in Gorseinon before moving to Gorseinon College ^[2] , where he completed a business and technology course. As a child, Ryan appeared in the West End production of the musical Les Miserables as Gavrosh . Matt graduated from Bristol Old Vic Theater School in Bristol Theater School in 2003, and in 2004 began working for the Royal Shakespeare Company .
