Story
Every winter, major television networks view hundreds of scenarios for TV pilots. Every spring, only a small fraction of these scenarios turn into films . About one quarter of them are selected and turned into full-fledged series . The rest will never be released. This is the story of one cap. On what conditions can a project be realized, about which two producers - an American iron lady and a polite Englishman - are trying to come to an agreement with a film scriptwriter trying to put on what one wants and not what will be popular?
