Biography
Born on May 5, 1910 in the village of Hilmilli, now of the Shamakhi region of Azerbaijan, into a peasant family. Russian. He graduated from 7 classes, worked as a tractor driver at the MTS.
In the Red Army since March 1942. In the army since 1943.
The tank mechanic driver of the 183rd tank brigade, senior sergeant Mikhail Frolov, was among the first on September 26, 1943, to cross the Dnieper River raft near the village of Balyko-Schuchinka, Kagarlyk district, Kiev region of Ukraine .
The tank crew captured two guns, a mortar battery and eight machine guns on the captured bridgehead while repelling enemy counterattacks.
