Geography
The commune is located approximately 370 km southeast of Paris , 55 km northeast of Lyon , 5 km west of Bourke-en-Bres [1] .
The Vel river flows in the east of the commune, and the and Con ( fr. Cône ) rivers in the west .
Climate
The climate is semi-continental [2] with cold winters and warm summers. Rains happen infrequently, mainly in the summer.
