Career
Belofastov graduated from the coaching faculty of the Kiev State Institute of Physical Education in 1994. At the Olympics in Barcelona, he won a bronze medal in the combined team .
He headed the junior women's team at Euro 2015 Eurogames in Baku, along with second coach Alexander Fedoseyev from Nizhny Novgorod, where the Russian team pulled out gold from the Spaniards during a stubborn fight, after a series of tense penalties of 14 balls.
