At this time, Ziva comes to Gibbs, goes down to the basement and speaks with him. She admits that she felt betrayed by remaining in Israel, but later realized that Gibbs made the right choice. Now she wants to go back, and Gibbs replies that the final decision depends on Leon Vance.

Following Gibbs, Tony throws white socks and they go to the forest where John Maine was discovered.

Gibbs appears and says that the body of a dead diver was found on the beach, and then shows the keys that he found on the floor in the elevator. He throws them to the floor, and Tony with Ziva and McGee fall after him to grab the keys.

Tony comes to the office and sees McGee taking off the topping of the donut and blowing coffee. He begins to bully him and says that they were supposed to meet at a bar near the museum yesterday. Ziva asks if they have a date, and Tony replies that he needed McGee to meet a girl from the museum. McGee replies that the meeting should only be tomorrow, Tony calls and says that there will be no meeting. Ziva calls their argument a crisis of seven years, then Gibbs appears, and they go to the scene of the murder.
