Olga Vladimir Rayevskaya (born July 10, 1956 , Leningrad ) is a Soviet and Russian linguist , doctor of philological sciences , professor , chief scientific secretary of the Academic Council of Moscow State University [1] [2] .

Biography
She studied at the Leningrad Theater of Youthful Creativity (TUT) at the Leningrad Palace of Pioneers under the direction of Matvey Dubrovin from 1967 to 1972 .
In 1973 she graduated from high school with in-depth study of the French language in Leningrad .
In 1973 she entered the Faculty of Philology of St. Petersburg State University . In 1974, for family reasons, transferred to the philological faculty of Moscow State University .
In 1978 , she graduated from the philological faculty of Moscow State University .
Candidate of Philological Sciences ( 1982 ), the theme of the Ph.D.
Doctor of Philology ( 1990 ), the theme of his doctoral dissertation is “Word-formation characteristics of the main parts of speech in French” [5] .
