Career
In 1964, at the Games in Tokyo, Yuri Smolyakov took 7th place in the team sword.
At the next Olympics, he won a silver medal in the team sword with Grigory Criss , Joseph Vitebsky , Alexei Nikanchikov and Victor Modzolevsky [1] .
