Biography
Born on August 9, 1952 in Leningrad .
He graduated in 1975 from the Department of Dielectrics and Semiconductors LETI (now the Department of Micro - and Nanoelectronics ) with a degree in Electronic Engineering.
He worked at the Girikond Research Institute, where he graduated in 1981 from the graduate school with a degree in Physics of Semiconductors and Dielectrics, and from that same year he has been a candidate of physical and mathematical sciences.
In 1992 he became a doctor of physical and mathematical sciences.
Since 1993, professor at the Department of General and Experimental Physics, Russian State Pedagogical University named after A.I. Herzen .
In 1994, she was awarded the title of professor in the Department of Physical Electronics at Herzen University.
Since 1998, head of the Department of Physical Electronics, Russian State Pedagogical University.
Publications
The author of more than 300 scientific papers. RISC - 89 works, SCOPUS - 27 works.
