Biography
Taught since 1955: lecture courses on semiconductor devices at LETI, Beijing Polytechnic Institute, Leningrad Mining Institute, Minsk Radio Engineering Institute, etc. In 1962, together with Professor V.V. Pasynkov and Assoc. G. A. Savelyev published the monograph "Nonlinear Semiconductor Resistance and Their Application", reprinted in German in 1965 in the city of Leipzig. The author of a series of textbooks "Semiconductor Devices", published in the publishing houses "Higher School" (4th edition, 1987) and "Doe" (8th edition, 2005)
