Story
Iranian Ahmad comes to France to divorce his wife Marie, who has two daughters from another marriage. She is in a relationship with Arab Samir, whose wife is in a coma. Daughter Marie Lucy does not approve of her mother’s choice, because of which they are not building relationships.

The film was praised by critics. Based on 133 reviews, the Rotten Tomatoes website has a total score of 94% with an average score of 8.2 out of 10 [2] . On the Metacritic website , the film is rated 85 out of 100 based on 42 reviews. [3] Peter Travers rated the film 3.5 out of 4, noting that although the plot of the film resembles a soap opera, Farhadi’s skill and resonating humanism go beyond melodrama and overcome cultural boundaries [4] .
