Kovrigino (Dmitrovsky district)

Kovrigino is a village in the Dmitrovsky district of the Moscow region , part of the rural settlement of Yakotskoye [3] . The population is 245 [1] people. (2010). Until 2006, Kovrigino was part of the Yakotsky rural district [4] [5] .

Location

The village is located in the northeastern part of the region, about 13 km northeast of Dmitrov , on the elevated watershed of the Shibovka and Vetelka rivers (the left tributaries of Dubna ), the height of the center above sea level is 194 m [6] . The nearest settlements are Lifanovo and Mikheevo-Sukharevo in the northeast and Noskovo in the south. Not far from the village is the former military unit and air defense positions abandoned in 2006.
