Title
The passage was named in 1929 due to its proximity to the plant named after Voikova (now does not exist) [1] .
It was re-formed on July 11, 1958 by the Decision of the Executive Committee of the Moscow City Council of Workers' Deputies No. 40/12 by assigning the name to Projected Driveway No. 542 and the abolition of the previously existing name 2nd Voykovsky passage due to the elimination of this passage.
In post-Soviet times, various public organizations have repeatedly proposed renaming the fare, but to no avail. One of the options for the name was the 2nd Volkovsky passage (in honor of the astronaut V.N. Volkov and the nearby street named after him ) [2] [3] .
Description
The journey starts from Leningradskoye Shosse near the house No. 2/11 and ends with the intersection with 3rd Radiator Street. Direction - from east to west.
The highway starts west of house No. 2/11, a pedestrian road leads to it from the exits from the underpass through the Leningradskoye Shosse. Car traffic - on one lane in each direction, there are no traffic lights, there are no pedestrian crossings either. Equipped with sidewalks . Adjoining from the even side - 2nd Radiatorskaya street .
