Sertar ( Tib. གསེར་ ཐར ། , Wiley : gser thar , Tib. Pinyin : Serthar ) or Seda ( Chinese ex. 色 达 , pinyin : Sèdá ) is a county of Gardze-Tibet Autonomous Region of Sichuan Province ( PRC ). The county government is located in the village of Serkog.
