Graduated from MGIMO- USSR Ministry of Foreign Affairs (1983). At diplomatic work since 1983. Fluent in Portuguese , French and English .
- 2003 - 2004 - Advisor and Envoy of the Embassy of Russia in Brazil .
- 2005 - 2010 - Consul General of Russia in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil).
- May 2010 - November 2013 - Deputy Director of the Latin American Department of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- From November 5, 2013 to January 10, 2018 - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Russia to Uruguay [1] [2] .
