Biography

Member of the RCP (B.) Since March 1918. In 1918 he graduated from two classes of the Omsk Mechanical and Technical School. From June to August 1920 - student of the party school of the Political Department of the 28th Rifle Division . In 1929-1931 - A student of the Courses of Marxism-Leninism , then - study at the evening department of the Military Academy named after M.V. Frunze .

Born into a peasant family. In the years 1914-1918. worked in telegraph and locksmith . From March to April 1918 in the Red Guard in Omsk . In the years 1918-1919. - locksmith regimental workshop in the Kolchak Army. [2] In the years 1919-1920. - In the Red Army, a signalman in the 25th Chapaev Division .

  • 1920-1922 - authorized secret department, head of the economic, secret department of the Tsaritsyn provincial Cheka - the provincial department of the GPU,
  • 1922-1923 - Head of the Political Bureau of the Cheka, 2nd Don District (Don Region),
  • March-October 1923 - head of the secret-operational unit of the Tsaritsynsky provincial department of the GPU,

  • 1931-1932 - Head of the Vladivostok operational sector of the GPU,
  • 1931-1932 - Head of the Special Department of the OGPU of the Marine Forces of the Far East,
  • 1932-1934 - Head of the Special Division of the Plenipotentiary Representation of the OGPU - UGB of the NKVD Central Asia Office,
  • 1932-1937 - Head of the Special Department of the OGPU - GUGB NKVD of the Central Asian Military District,
  • 1934-1935 - Deputy People's Commissar of Internal Affairs of the Uzbek SSR,
  • 1935-1937 - People's Commissar of Internal Affairs of the Uzbek SSR,
  • 1937-1939 - People's Commissar of Internal Affairs of the Tajik SSR .
  • The years 1937-1938 were marked by the entry into the composition of special triples of the Uzbek and Tajik SSR, created by order of the NKVD of the USSR dated 30.07.1937 No. 00447 [3] and active participation in the Stalinist repressions [4] .

Member of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR 1 convocation .

Arrested on February 9, 1939 in Stalinabad . On January 19, 1940, the HCVF of the USSR was sentenced to VMN , shot on January 21, 1940. Not rehabilitated.
