Biography
In 1932 he graduated from the Pugachev Agricultural College named after V. I. Chapaev, then [ when? ] - Gorky Agricultural Institute [1] .
From 1932 he worked as a local agronomist at the Pugachevsky machine and tractor station. In 1935-1937 he served in the Red Army , after which he worked as an agronomist at the Pugachevsky district land department, since 1939 - as an agronomist-inspector at the Gorky regional agriculture department, director of the Roikinsky machine-tractor station [1] .
In 1941–1946, he served as a senior assistant to the head of the operations department of a division of the NKVD troops [2] , a participant in the Great Patriotic War . In 1946 he joined the VKP (b) [1] .
From 1946, he worked in the Gorky Regional Department of Agriculture (chief agronomist, head of the grain department, first deputy head of department), from 1954-1957 in the Arzamas region (head of the regional department of agriculture) [1] .
From 1957 - Instructor of the Party Organs Department of the Central Committee of the CPSU for the RSFSR, after which in July 1959 he was appointed ChairmanExecutive Committee of the Kirov Regional Council [1] .
Deputy (from the Kirov region) Council of the Union of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of the 6th convocation (1962-1966) [3] .
In 1964, having lost his hearing after a car accident, he retired [4] . He worked as a senior researcher at the Kirov Agricultural Institute. He edited the three-volume “Agriculture System of the Volga-Vyatka Zone,” for which he was awarded the silver medal of the Exhibition of Economic Achievements [4] .
Creativity
From a young age, he published in regional and regional newspapers notes and articles on agronomic themes, literary (on the works of E. D. Petryaeva , O. M. Lyubovikov ) and theater reviews. In 1950 he published a book of essays "Timiryazev collective farm" [4] .
He wrote poems, some of which were published. The author of stories, narratives, comedies (satirical play) “Jubilee in the Stall” [4] .
