Mukhametov, Rinat Midikhatovich

Born in 1980 in Moscow. ^{[3] [4]}

In August 1991, he created the Children's Democratic Forum (DDF) in Moscow, which became one of the first children's political organizations in modern Russia. He also began to publish the country's first children's socio-political newspaper Rech. ^[four]

In 1994, he joined the leadership of the youth organization of the Yabloko party. ^[4] , where until 1995 he was deputy chairman for youth affairs. ^[3]

Since 1995, he took part in the project of young philosophers, artists, poets and musicians to search for philosophical and aesthetic expression of the 1990s generation. ^[four]

In 1995, he acted as a political consultant to the All-Russian socio-political organization "Refah" in the elections to the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation . ^{[3] [4]}

In 1997 - 2002 he studied at the Moscow State University of Service ( MGUS ). He also studied at the Islamic educational institutions of Moscow, where he mastered the course of Muslim religion and law, the interpretation of the Koran, the history of Islam, etc. ^[4]

In 2000 - 2001 - a specialist in public relations of the All-Russian socio-political organization "Refah". ^[four]

From 2001 to the present - deputy chief editor of the portal " Islam.ru ", where he heads the information and analytical department. ^{[3] [4]}

In 2003, he acted as editor-in-chief of the newspaper and political consultant of the True Patriots of Russia party in the elections to the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation . ^{[3] [4]}

In 2007, at the Faculty of Philosophy of Moscow State University named after MV Lomonosov, under the scientific supervision of a doctor of philosophical sciences, Professor A. I. Kostin, he defended his thesis for the degree of candidate of political sciences on the topic “Political Self-Determination of the Islamic World in the Context of Globalization”. Official opponents are Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor G. G. Kosach , Candidate of Political Sciences, Associate Professor V. D. Cherepanov . He worked at the All-Russian State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company in the project “ Name of Russia ”, in the “ Russian Journal ” and “ Independent Military Review ”. ^[3]

Reshetnikov criticized Mukhametov’s publication on the Ansar.ru website “Orthodox Zionism from RISI. Why did R. Suleymanov replace R. Silantyev? ”Noting that“ A.
