Izbakiev, Abdullah Tokhtarovich

Izbakiev Abdulla Tokhtarovich (Uig. Abdulla Tokhtar-ogli Izbiyev, August 27, 1914 - June 2, 1990) - party and Soviet public figure, Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the Kazakh SSR, head of the Kyzylorda Regional Department of Internal Affairs.

Biography

Born in the village of Talgar, Ili (now Talgar) district of Almaty region.

After graduating from high school, he worked on the Luch Vostok collective farm, in the Almaty city committee of the Komsomol, acting chairman of the committee for physical education and sports under the Council of People's Commissars of the Kazakh SSR (1934-1939).

World War II

Member of the Great Patriotic War (1942-1946). He began his military service with the post of party organizer of the battalion, and graduated from the instructor of the political department of the Steppe Military District.

Party Work

After the war, again directed to party work.

After graduating from a two-year high party school, he became the first secretary of the Chilik district committee of the Communist Party of the Almaty region, the head of the administrative and trade department in the regional party committee (1947-1954).

Work in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kazakh SSR

In 1955, A. T. Izbakiev was appointed Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the Kaz SSR, later head of the Kyzylorda Regional Department of Internal Affairs, where he worked until his retirement. He lived in the city of Alma-Ata.

He died on June 2, 1990. He was buried in the Kensai cemetery.

Awards

His merits are marked by two orders of the Red Star, three orders of the Great Patriotic War of 2 degrees, 3 orders of the Badge of Honor, 20 medals and certificates of honor of the government.

Izbakiev Abdullah Tokhtarovich was an honorary citizen of Talgar, Talgar District, Almaty Region.

In honor of Izbakiev A.T., a street in the city of Talgar, Talgar District, Almaty Region, is named.
