Federalization

Federalization (from the Latin foederatio - “association”, “union”) is the process of putting into practice the principle of federalism in the political and territorial structure of a country (or in the organizational structure of a party, public organization) by combining previously separate units or dividing a previously single, unitary states (organizations) into constituent parts - subjects of federal education. Like any transitional process, federalization requires first of all to clarify the question of what the transition from what is to what it means: from fragmentation to a confederate or federal union or from complete unity, unitarianism to federalism or confederation. In the first case, federalization reflects a tendency towards centralization, and in the second case, decentralization. [one]
