Until 2015, it belonged to the rural settlement of Klishinsky , before the municipal reform of 2006, it was the village of Klishinsky rural district [3] [4] . The population is 841 [1] people. (2010).

Geography

It is located in the southern part of the district, on the P115 Egorievsk-Kolomna-Kashira-Nenashevo highway, on the right bank of the Bolshoi Smedovy River ( Oka Basin), about 4.5 km south of the center of Ozyory . There are 4 streets in the village - Novaya, Sadovaya, Building and School [7] . It is connected by bus with the cities of Kashira and Ozyory [8] . The nearest settlements are the village of Smedovo and the village of Klishino .
