Odorrana (lat.) Is a genus of amphibians from the family of real frogs . It has 54 species.

The total length of representatives of this genus ranges from 3 to 15 cm. In their structure, they are similar to species from the genera Rana , Amolops , Huia . They differ from them only in molecular phylogenetic characteristics. Most species of this genus have a wide, but short head with a rather elongated muzzle. The structure of the ears and the skull allows these frogs to send and receive ultrasonic signals. The body is massive and thick. The limbs are strong with swimming membranes or fingers with suction discs. Coloring varies depending on the place, landscape of stay.
Love streams in the mountains, swamps, rice fields. Active mainly at dusk. They feed on various invertebrates.
These are oviparous amphibians.
They live in parts of India, Southeast and East Asia.
