Located 73 km south-west of the village of Irtyshsk , near the lake. Prishib.

According to the 1926 census, 99 people lived in the village. The village was inhabited by Germans who professed Lutheranism [1] .
History
The village of Privetnoye was founded in 1912 by Germans immigrants from the Volga region [1] .
