Biography
In 1922-1923 he served in the organs of the Cheka-GPU (Bashkiria). In 1925 he graduated from the Ufa school of party and Soviet construction.
In 1930-1937, the first secretary of a number of district committees in the Bashkir Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic. In the years 1938-1942 - deputy. Chairman of the Council of People's Commissars of Bashkiria, 3rd Secretary of the Bashkir Regional Committee of the CPSU (B.). Member of the Supreme Council of the BASSR of the first convocation (elected from the Baikibashevsky District, Baikibashevsky District ) (1938).
From October 1942 to November 1944, 2nd Secretary of the Kalinin Regional Committee. From November 27, 1944 to December 27, 1948, the chairman of the Kalinin Oblast Executive Committee.
From March 1949 to February 1952, the chairman of the Kaluga Regional Executive Committee.
In 1952-1960 he worked in various positions in the Kostroma region. Since May 1960, retired.
Rewards
