ConIFA ( Confederation of Independent Football Associations ; Confederation of Independent Football Associations ) is a football organization formed on June 7, 2013 . It unites football associations and their national teams ( unrecognized and partially recognized countries , autonomies within recognized countries , ethnic teams), which were not officially included in FIFA and continental confederations. The headquarters of the organization is located in the city of Luleå , which is located in the northern part of Sweden - in the province of Norrbotten . Actually replaced the NF-Board . Declares its "100% political neutrality" [1] .

Competition
ConIFA holds the World Cup and the European Cup . The first World Cup was held from June 1 to June 8, 2014 in the Swedish city of Ostersund [2] .
