Andrei Ivanovich Yurkevich ( May 20, 1870 - February 25, 1929 ) - a member of the III State Duma from the Minsk province , a peasant.

Biography
Orthodox, a peasant in the village of Chaplichi of the same volost of Slutsk district .
He graduated from a public school , and then spent one year at the Nesvizh teacherβs seminary.
He was engaged in agriculture (13 acres of his own land and 3 tithes of allotment). One triennium was a volost judge . During the Russo-Japanese War, was a trustee of the Red Cross .
In 1907 he was elected a member of the III State Duma from the Minsk province. He was a member of the moderate right faction, from the 3rd session - non-partisan, from the 4th session - into the right faction. From October 1909 to June 1912 he was also a fellow secretary of the Peasant Group. He was a member of the judicial reform commission.
Fate after 1912 is unknown. Was married. Son: Yurkevich Mikhail Andreevich (10.27.1903-25.12.1923), was buried with him in Slutsk .
