Biography
Member of the CPSU (b) since 1928
He was the head of the defense industry department of the Leningrad city committee of the CPSU (b), the deputy secretary of the Leningrad city committee of the CPSU (b), the secretary of the Leningrad city committee of the CPSU (b).
In the years 1948-1949. - Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the RSFSR, Chairman of the State Planning Commission of the RSFSR.
In October 1949 he was arrested in the so-called Leningrad case . Convicted on October 28, 1950 by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR on charges of counter-revolutionary subversive activity. Shot on October 28, 1950.
Rehabilitated in May 1954 by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR.
Memory
Mentioned at the Monument to the leaders of Leningrad and the Leningrad Region at the Don cemetery in Moscow [1] .
