Tobeles ( Kaz. Tobeles ) is an abolished village in the Irtysh region of Pavlodar region of Kazakhstan . It was part of the Northern Rural District. The KATO code is 554665500 [1] . It was liquidated in 2015 [2] .

In 1999, the village population was 96 people (47 men and 49 women) [3] . According to the 2009 census , 41 people lived in the village (21 men and 20 women) [3] .
