Rivne High-Voltage Equipment Plant ( RZVA ), the current name of LLC "High-voltage Union-RZVA" - an electrical plant located in Rivne , ( Ukraine ), designs and manufactures high-voltage switching equipment, switchgear and switchgears.

History
On May 18, 1957, Order No. 273 of the USSR Ministry of Electrotechnical Industry was issued, according to which an electrical enterprise should be organized on the premises of the Ukrstiltorg base. In the same year, a newly organized enterprise with a staff of 250 people already produced simple electrical products: load switches , electrical fuses , rheostats , block contacts.
- In 1958, the production of oil circuit breakers VMG-133 and VN (P) -16 began.
- 1962-1964 The production of VMP-35 oil circuit breakers and VMP-10K second-generation circuit breakers was mastered, and some of the design decisions were recognized at the level of inventions when developing these circuit breakers.
- 1964-1965 The plant is involved in the development and supply of oil circuit breakers for voltage of 35 kV for the Aswan hydroelectric station ( Egypt ). The production of VMP-10P and VMP35P circuit breakers has begun.
- 1967-1968 production of VMM-10 and VN-11 circuit breakers.
- 1970 the first in the USSR electromagnetic switch VEM-6 is being mastered. New products VMPP-10, VMPE-10, VS-6400, VEM-6 are produced.
- In 1972, under the license of the Italian company Sace, the production of electromagnetic circuit breakers was launched, and next year the production of switchgear with electromagnetic circuit breakers was established (for the first time in the USSR ).
- 1991, the plant develops a new type of high-voltage circuit breaker - the VVE-10 vacuum circuit breaker .
- In 1994, the state-owned enterprise RZVA became a joint-stock company and mastered new switchgears in the same year, began production of transformer substation units 6-110 kV, traction substation units for railways and produced vacuum circuit breakers of 35 kV and 27.5 kV (for railways) .
- 1995, a part of the production facilities is created joint production with the well-known electrical company ABB .
- 1999 ABB sells its assets in a joint venture to a group of Ukrainian entrepreneurs.
- In 2003, a modern epoxy casting line was installed at the plant and production of a 35 kV vacuum circuit breaker with poles cast from epoxy compound, as well as various parts from epoxy materials, was launched.
- In 2004, the assets of RZVA OJSC and Nizhneturinsky Electric Equipment Plant OJSC merged, as a result of which the Russian-Ukrainian holding company High-Voltage Union CJSC was formed with its head office in Yekaterinburg .
In the same year, a 110/20 kV substation was launched in Afghanistan, which was designed and built by the RZVA.
- In 2005, a 35 kV outdoor outdoor vacuum circuit breaker with built -in current transformers and organosilicon isolation poles was put into production.
